AFD Petroleum Ltd. in Victoria is seeking a Dispatch Administrator to ensure driver trip paperwork is reviewed, audited, and ready for billing. You will process driver documents, perform trip-over-trip audits, and support billing and scheduling during peak volumes. You will report to the Area Manager, collaborate with drivers, Fleet Coordinators, and the billing team, manage high-volume data entry with accuracy, and participate in occasional overtime in the yard.
