About the Role

We are seeking a BIM Manager to oversee BIM standards, model coordination, and drawing production for our mechanical and electrical engineering projects. You will support the engineering team, improve modelling workflows, and help deliver accurate, coordinated design documentation.

Responsibilities

- Manage the development and coordination of Revit models for mechanical and electrical building systems.
- Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and model organization practices.
- Oversee the quality, accuracy, and consistency of models and drawings.
- Coordinate models with architectural backgrounds, project drawings, and design requirements.
- Identify and resolve model coordination issues with the project team.
- Guide and support team members in Revit modelling and BIM workflows.
- Incorporate design revisions, review comments, and project feedback.




- Develop and improve BIM processes to support efficient project delivery.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience working with BIM, including hands-on Revit modelling.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and CAD drafting.
- Experience with Autodesk Forma.
- Experience coordinating building models and preparing construction documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing project priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and guide team members.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience modelling mechanical and electrical building systems.
- Experience developing and managing BIM standards, templates, and Revit families.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Construction experience or a solid understanding of building systems and construction drawings.
- Experience with SketchUp.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
