Rally Motorgroup has served Prince Albert and the surrounding area for decades and is known for quality workmanship and customer service. We are seeking a Body Shop Manager to oversee our body shop operations and perform hands-on repair work.

Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day body shop operations
- Schedule and prioritize repairs to meet timelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with our Inventory Manager on repair timelines, priorities, and required repair items
- Prepare repair estimates for time, parts, and materials
- Order and manage parts, paint, and shop supplies within budget
- Supervise, train, and support body shop staff
- Inspect all completed work before vehicle release
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and materials used

Qualifications

- Auto body repair experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Able to work independently and take initiative




- Motivated to learn; training and development available for the right candidate

Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available

- Not required; applicants of all certification levels are encouraged to apply

Experience:
