Process accounts payable and accounts receivable -Reconcile bank and credit card statements -Maintain accurate records of tuition, fees, and other school-related accounts -Prepare payroll information and assist with payroll processing -Track school expenses and assist with budget monitoring -Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial and personal information -Perform other bookkeeping and administrative duties as required Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a school or similar organization -Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and procedures -Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel -Experience with payroll and/or school accounting systems would be an asset -Knowledge of the Catholic school environment is an asset
