GardaWorld Cash, an internationally recognized security company, is currently looking for a Branch Manager for its Cash Transportation division. This role will have joint responsibilities in the Secured Transport and Cash Vault Services departments of the Sudbury branch.

Foster relationships with and provide leadership for employees on the cash processing and secured transportation teams;

Plan, organize and manage the work of unionized employees;

Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding service level agreements;

Ensure that staff members comply with policies, administrative procedures, safety rules, collective agreements and government regulations;

Collaborate with the manager and staff to establish and implement policies,



procedures and objectives;

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine the causes of accidents that occur during transport and improve safety procedures;

Manage expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgets;

Conduct investigations, as required, in collaboration with internal or external agencies to determine the causes of off-balance and claims and to resolve customer or shipper complaints;

Participate in the hiring plan for new staff and provide ongoing training to meet workforce needs;

Valid Restricted and Non-Restricted Federal Firearms License (RPAL: Restricted Possession and Acquisitions License) or obtain an RPAL within six months of employment;

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams;

Valid driver's license with a good driving record;

Cash processing experience an asset;
