Toromont Cat is looking for a Branch Administrator to join our team in Cambridge! This position plays a critical role as the first point of contact with our valued customers andvisitors as well as provides support for the sales and management teams in the Branch. and maintain common areas Ensure contracts are up to date for facility services Set up training for both technical and office requirements Maintain and control the departments purchasing system by tracking all purchase orders and associated invoices, allocating invoices, entering invoices for payment, and filing of purchase orders and invoices 2 years of experience in an administrative position ~ Customer Centric ~ Ability to work with minimal supervision With over 4,000 employees and 56 locations from Manitoba to Newfoundland, Toromont Cat has a proven track record, industry knowledge, dealership infrastructure, and service mindset to ensure our Construction, Mining, and Power Generation customers succeed.
