Extendicare is hiring an RPN to coordinate the Behavioral Supports Ontario program within our long-term care home. You will lead interdisciplinary rounds with social workers, pharmacists, physicians, and partners to drive quality care and safe behaviors.

You will complete required reporting, set improvement goals, and analyze data on quality indicators and medication use, contributing to a compassionate, resident‐centered workplace across Canada.
