The Role
We are looking for skilled, self-directed carpenters with a minimum of 5 years of direct experience in building envelope remediation (cladding, siding, balcony membranes, flashing, waterproofing, and related rough/finish carpentry).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute building envelope repairs on occupied strata properties.
- Remove and replace damaged siding, trim, membranes, and structural components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site suited for resident interaction.
- Read project scopes and coordinate efficiently with the site lead.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience,
specifically in building envelope or exterior restoration.
- Must have some basic tools and your own vehicle as many job sites are not on bus routes.
- Robust attention to detail and high standard of quality work.
