The Opportunity:

Clearview Co-op is hiring a Full-Time Bulk Fuel Delivery Coordinator at our Head Office in Steinbach, Manitoba.

What You Would Do:

The Bulk Fuel Delivery Coordinator will collaborate with the Petroleum Drivers and coordinate the scheduling, production, tracking, and documentation involved in delivering goods and services to external customers. Some main duties of the job include:

- Live our brand, “You’re at Home Here” by presenting a positive, collaborative, and professional image of the organization to all customers, visitors, suppliers, and team members.
- Exemplify our company values: People, Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of bulk fuel delivery processes.
- Provide professional and timely customer support by receiving all fuel orders and organizing the fuel deliveries with the Petroleum Drivers.




- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and calm manner.
- Ensuring truck efficiencies are maximized and overseeing fuel cardlock pricing.
- Reporting, data input, and coordination to support smooth flow of fuel delivery operations.
- Is knowledgeable of the policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety, TDG, WHMIS, National Safety Code, and safe work procedures.
- Depending on the successful candidate’s qualifications, there may be opportunities to provide backup support as a Petroleum Truck Driver during peak seasons.

About You:

- You have a minimum of 2 years freight or dispatch experience, preferred.
- Experience working with computerized software, and Microsoft Office products.
- You have a passion for great customer service.

- You have great organization and time management skills and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You exhibit good safety awareness and judgment.
- You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best.
- An acceptable criminal record check will be required from the candidate, if chosen for the position.
- A valid Class 1 and/or 3 driver’s license is considered an asset but is not required for this position.
