MRG Live is looking for the next generation of leaders in the concert industry. We believe that the most successful people in this industry are people who have a valuable understanding of all of the key aspects of this industry across the pillars of booking, marketing, production and administration. The Business Affairs Intern will transition from providing foundational administrative and operational support during the concert lifecycle to taking direct, end-to-end ownership of key projects under department leadership. We believe that this concert industry is unique in that while it requires a number of foundational skills (attention to detail, discipline, diligence, curiosity and passion), it is an industry that is built around a set of fundamental principles that can be taught and developed.

About Our Internship Program

The MRG Group Internship Program is designed to provide you with practical skills, valuable experiences, and exposure to real-world scenarios in the Experience industry. The program is structured to ensure that 80% of your time is dedicated to performing activities specific to their role, while the remaining 20% is allocated to job shadowing, skill development, and team projects across various businesses within the MRG Group.

Key Responsibilities





- Assist with Business Affairs requirements throughout the lifecycle of a concert, including contracts, payments, and financial tracking.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and ensure departmental items are tracked to completion
- Support communication and coordination with internal teams, venues, artists, and agencies on business-related matters
- Ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Business Affairs and Live teams
- At the end of the program, take ownership of one or several projects end-to-end, with the support of department leaders

- An interest in learning about the music industry
- Entrepreneurship and self-starting mentality are key attributes

- Ability to take direction while also displaying strong personal initiative
