Job Title: Business Analyst — Partner Team

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support partner and financial institution implementations from requirements gathering through API integration, testing, issue resolution, and handoff. The role bridges business and technical teams to ensure explicit requirements, smooth integrations, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, business rules, and dependencies.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, API specifications, and process flows.
- Analyze REST APIs, JSON/XML payloads, field mappings, authentication, and error handling.
- Support implementation planning, connectivity testing, UAT, and partner onboarding.
- Create test plans, test cases, test data requirements, and expected outcomes.
- Investigate API issues, document technical evidence, and coordinate resolution with Product and Engineering.
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, action items, and partner communications.
- Maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, and handoff materials.





Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Implementation Analyst.

Banking, FinTech, payments, lending, deposits, or core banking integration experience.

Experience gathering requirements for software implementations and system integrations.

Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, HTTP methods, authentication, and data mapping.

Experience with test cases, UAT, issue triage, and root-cause investigation.

Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, identify dependencies, and avoid unvalidated delivery commitments.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Postman, API testing, logs, and request/response analysis.

Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, and collaboration tools.

Understanding of network connectivity, security requirements, and production readiness.

Ability to distinguish defects, configuration issues, and billable enhancements.
