The primary responsibility is to provide proactive support to our Corporate Account, National Account and Independent Advisor offices, as well as to liaise with internal departments to ensure new life insurance applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Build one-to-one relationships with their assigned branches by being a consistent point of contact for them during the New Business process. Anticipate the needs of their customers and make outbound calls, emails or new business notifications to keep them informed of the details that are important to them.

Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec. Demonstrated customer service experience with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of management.
