Duties

- Verifying the orders and processing
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document discrepancies
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with shipment inquiries or issues




- Organize storage areas for optimal space utilization and easy access to inventory
- Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail in inventory management
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining accuracy and safety standards
