Planning and scheduling of all inbound logistics (Inventory Receipts). Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to anticipate material needs. Coordinate material procurement with approved vendors.

Coordinate with Logistics team to establish best rates. Track KPI metrics related to procurement and vendor performance. Participate in establishment of company policies and procedures (Re: Procurement).

Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings. Support customer service and administrative departments. Responsible for proper utilization of purchase orders and accurate landed costing.

Contact carrier representative to plan, issue documentation, instructions for shipping, and delivery of materials. Resolve discrepancies between orders and goods, such as delays, condition, weight, quality, etc. quality, etc. Verify incoming materials against bills of lading, packing slips, etc.
