The Posting

As a Revit and AutoCAD draftsperson at Isherwood you will work on a wide variety of geostructural projects across Canada. You will work with Shoring Engineer’s designs to create full sets of excavation drawings and details in AutoCAD and 3D modeling in Revit. This interdisciplinary position will require you to extract and manipulate data from project references of architectural, structural, survey and utility drawings.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit.
- Ability to work in 2D while visualizing in 3D.
- Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and utility reference drawings.
- Experience with MicroStation, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, Navisworks,



Dynamo and/or Lisp is an asset.
- Knowledge of GIS systems and databases is an asset.
- Understanding of BIM and team-oriented work environments is an asset.
- Knowledge of programming, computers, and MS365 is also an asset but not required.
- Structural or architectural background is an asset but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
