Alforno Café is coming to Canmore! We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and people-focused Café Manager to lead the opening of our newest location in the heart of Canmore. This is a unique opportunity to build a team, shape the guest experience, and leave your mark from day one while being supported by Teatro Group, one of Calgary's most respected hospitality companies with over 30 years of culinary excellence.

If you're a hospitality leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, loves developing people, and is excited about opening a brand-recent café, we'd love to meet you. Please note that staff accommodation is not provided for this role. We are seeking candidates who currently reside in Canmore, Banff, or other surrounding communities, or who already have secured housing in the area.

Candidates commuting from surrounding communities must have a valid driver's licence, reliable personal transportation, and the ability to travel to and from the café for scheduled shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. and Alforno Bakery & Café. We are bringing our artisan bakery, specialty coffee, and warm hospitality to one of Alberta's most vibrant mountain communities. Minimum 2 - 3 years of specialty coffee or café experience Strong understanding of espresso extraction, brewing methods, and coffee quality standards Passion for hospitality, coaching, and continuous improvement Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required Health & Wellness Benefits – Eligible employees working 25+ hours per week can access group benefits after completing their 3-month probationary period, including dental, vision and extended health coverage, plus an additional $2,000 in mental health coverage.
