Role Type: Full-time, in office You will join our customer service team at our corporate headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba. You'll also help with quoting and data entry. Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries.

Provide tailored advice to assist customers with product selection. Resolving customer issues and questions. Data entry for quotes, orders, and case creation. We'll make sure you have the proper training and support to give you every possible chance to make your role a success.

Experience in a similar sales role or a high-touch retail setting with strong customer service skills.
