Camp Nutimik seeks a Camp & Discipleship Director to lead year-round programs and discipleship. This full-time role reports to the Executive Director and involves developing yearly programming, mentoring staff, and fostering strong camper relationships both in summer and year-round activities.
The ideal candidate is a mature Christian with post-secondary education in Biblical/Youth Ministry, robust communication skills, and a track record of team leadership in camp or youth settings.
