HomeFree is hiring registered Health Care Aides (HCAs) to support clients in clients’ homes across Calgary.
You'll work one-on-one with clients, usually on a consistent schedule with the same one or two clients. This lets you build real relationships with the people you support and get to know their routines, preferences, and goals. Depending on the client, your work may include personal care, mobility and exercise support, companionship, help with daily activities, or overnight supervision.
You'll often be the only member of the care team in the home during your shift. That means you need to be comfortable working independently and making sound judgment calls. You won't be on your own, though. Every Care Professional is supported by a dedicated Care Manager and HomeFree's clinical network of physicians. Our scheduling and charting systems are built to keep paperwork simple, so you can spend your time on care.
