Seeking part time personal support worker for a female employer with a Neuromuscular Condition. She is mostly ambulatory and independent but struggles with balance.

The employer is also sensitive to scented personal care products such as laundry soap and fabric softeners, strongly scented lotions, etc., so scent free is a must but she is willing to educate on how to be.

The employer loves outings into nature, listening to music, looking at art, and eating good food!

Location:

- Victoria (Near Banfield Park)

Shifts & Hours of Work:

- Tuesday and every other Saturday with start time of 9am (can be flexible for right candidate) for 4 to 8 hour each day
- flexibility on which days for the right candidate

Compensation:

- $28 per hour for the 3 month probationary period

Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

- Personal care assistance
- Transfers
- Household tasks such as cleaning, recycling, laundry, vacuuming, and dishes
- Drive the employer to appointments when necessary

Required Qualifications:

- Must be a non-smoking or vaping
- Low or no scent - willing to learn and become scent free
- Fit and robust because assistance with transfers occasionally needed
- Driver License required (to use the employers vehicle)




- Comfortable working in an environment with cats
- At least two doses of Covid-19 (boosters preferred)
- Current flu vaccination
