We are actively recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist a female private employer who has Multiple Sclerosis with all activities of daily living.

Location:

- Nanaimo, BC (Near Country Grocery)

Shifts and Hours:

- 1 day a week

- 9:00am to 1:00pm
- To be discussed further with the employer

- Possibility for more days

Compensation

- $29.00 per hour

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Personal care such as showering and drying off, helping reach items in the shower and assistance with dressing

- ROM exercises

- Transfers using a ceiling lift

- Laundry

- Grocery shopping

- Minimal personal care, but could change in the future

Qualifications:

- Experience preferred

- Valid Canadian's driver's license and personal vehicle is required

- Fully vaccinated with a minimum 2 doses

Pay: $29.00 per hour
