Job Responsibility:

Ritchie's Flooring is expanding and looking for a Cabinetry Sales & Design Specialist to join our dynamic team! This is an incredible opportunity to work with builders, contractors, and developers on exciting multi-residential and commercial projects, offering quality cabinetry solutions that blend style and function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with builders, contractors, and developers to provide tailored cabinetry solutions for multi-residential and commercial projects
- Develop pricing and cost estimates to ensure profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Submit pricing for all job tenders received.
- Prepare and present detailed cabinetry proposals that align with client visions and project specifications.
- Conduct on-site visits to measure spaces, assess project requirements, and provide expert installation guidance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee accurate orders and on-time project completion.
- Advise clients on materials, finishes, and hardware, ensuring their selections meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
- Manage and oversee projects from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering an unparalleled customer service experience to drive repeat business.
- Stay ahead of industry trends,



recent materials, and best practices to bring cutting-edge solutions to every project.
- Work closely with installation teams to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges.
- Recommend, select, and supply the required cabinetry hardware.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in cabinetry sales and design, ideally in multi-residential or commercial projects.
- A strong understanding of cabinetry materials, construction methods, and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings with precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially when assessing site conditions for cabinetry installation.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and industry professionals.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to learn and use design software for cabinetry.
