We're looking for experienced Carpenter Team Leads who take pride in their craft, lead by example, and want to make a real impact on the projects they work on.

We're hiring for general carpentry and finish carpentry team lead positions. Candidates can apply for the specialty that best matches their experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work alongside your crew, coordinate daily work, solve problems on site, and make sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Depending on the position, your primary focus will be general carpentry or detailed finish carpentry.

COMPENSATION General Carpenter Team Lead: $32–$40 per hour

Finish Carpenter Team Lead: $36–$43 per hour

Wages are based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated leadership ability.

We are hiring for both general carpentry and finish carpentry team lead positions. Candidates with strong experience in either specialty are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING





- At least 5 years of relevant carpentry experience.
- Previous experience leading a crew or working as a lead hand.
- Strong skills in general carpentry or finish carpentry, depending on the position.
- The ability to read drawings, plan work, and keep projects moving.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- A commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and site cleanliness.
- Your own basic carpentry hand tools, including a cordless drill.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
