Responsibilities

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain merchandising standards at the checkout area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls appropriately




- Support inventory management through product scanning, stock replenishment, and basic merchandising tasks

Requirements

- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic technology sales concepts is advantageous
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
