The Role As the Ice Cream Shop Manager, you're the captain of the ship. You'll run the day-to-day operations, lead an awesome team, and ensure that every single person who walks through our door gets a taste of something special - from the first bite to the last smile. You'll be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and knows how to keep things chill while turning up the creativity.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead the Team : Manage a team of ice cream lovers and customer service pros. You'll lead by example, foster a positive culture, and make sure everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
- Own the Experience : Create a memorable vibe for our customers. Whether it's introducing someone to their new favorite flavor or making regulars feel like part of the family, your customer service game is on point.
- Operations Master : Run the shop smoothly. You'll manage the opening, closing, and everything in between. Keeping things organized and efficient is key.
- Get Creative with Flavors : Help brainstorm and test new flavors that push boundaries. From funky seasonal specials to tried-and-true classics, you'll make sure our offerings are always fresh and exciting.
- Inventory & Supplies : Keep track of inventory and make sure we have everything we need to keep making magic. You'll handle orders, manage stock, and ensure we're always prepared for a busy day.
- Engage the Community : You'll play a key role in representing the brand. From social media posts to local partnerships, you'll help spread the word and keep us top of mind in the neighborhood.
- Drive Sales & Growth :



Track sales trends, analyze customer feedback, and find creative ways to grow the business. You'll be responsible for hitting goals and finding new opportunities.
- Keep It Clean & Safe : You'll ensure that our shop stays sparkling and our team is following all safety standards. Cleanliness is non-negotiable.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience : You've worked in food service, retail, or hospitality - bonus points if you've managed a team before and have a passion for great food and customer experiences.
- People Person : You know how to inspire and lead a team with positivity and energy. You're also a pro when it comes to handling customer feedback - the positive, the bad, and the quirky.
- Organized & Efficient : You've got a strong sense of structure and know how to keep a busy shop running smoothly without losing your cool.
- Creative & Fun : You're not afraid to try new things - whether it's a new flavor, a new shop event, or a new marketing idea. You know that in a place like ours, creativity is key.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
