The Production Manager oversees safety, financial, and operational performance for Brookfield Cement Plant production. This manager develops budgets, cost savings, performance plans, and KPI targets while promoting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Implement health and safety action plans, training, communication, and audits
Drive production-related components of the PDP process
Participate in annual budget setting aligned with Group objectives
Review monthly finances, forecasts,
and inventory reconciliations
Ensure equipment efficiency and manage refractory performance
Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
Ten years of industrial manufacturing experience
Five years of progressive management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP
Solid safety, communication, negotiation, and change management skills
