Columbia Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and patient-focused Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our team!

We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, works well as part of a team, and brings a positive attitude to the office each day.

This is a full-time position, Tuesday through Saturday, with a excellent opportunity to become an important part of our dental team.

- Registered/licensed LDA in valuable standing with the BCCOHP
- A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Someone who is dependable, motivated, and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable assisting with a variety of general dentistry procedures
- Strong infection prevention and sterilization practices
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive office culture

Your Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining efficient operatory flow




- Taking dental radiographs as required
- Sterilization and instrument processing
- Supporting the dentist and clinical team throughout the day
- Providing patients with a welcoming and comfortable experience
- Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Helping ensure the clinical area remains organized, clean, and well prepared
