Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainee Manager to train the cleaners to cleaning techniane. The training manager will go through all the modules and systems, training online and onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing training programs that align with our organizational goals. This role requires a strong background in human resources management, program management, and change management to effectively drive employee performance and engagement.

Duties

- Training new cleaners on our Bootcamp system onboarding and reviewing current cleaners.
- Conduct data collection and research to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end training process, including scheduling, content development, and delivery.
- Present training materials in an engaging manner to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Utilize classroom settings as well as digital platforms like SharePoint for training delivery.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote training initiatives and gather feedback.
- Monitor and report on the progress of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Managing all locations and inventory stocking Brampton. Caledon, Mississauga and North York.
- Assisting on jobsites if needed.

Experience





- Proven experience in a training or instructional design role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong skills in data collection, research, and analysis related to employee development.
- Demonstrated expertise in program management and change management practices.
- Proficient in content development for various learning modalities (e.g., e-learning, workshops).
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with using SharePoint or similar platforms for content sharing and collaboration is preferred.

Pay: $22.75-$25.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
