As an Electrical Project Designer / Project Engineer, you will lead discipline design for small to moderately complex projects. The work includes technical delivery, constructability reviews, construction administration, client communication, and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors. You will also guide junior team members through delegation, mentoring, and technical review.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop system concepts, calculations, equipment selections, and layouts
- Coordinate discipline deliverables with integrated project teams
- Review constructability, technical feasibility, and project documentation
- Support site reviews, submittals,



shop drawings, RFIs, and meetings
- Manage defined project portions and communicate progress

Requirements:

- Advanced understanding of project lifecycles, codes, and standards
- Knowledge of TQM principles and internal coordination processes
- Technical judgment and problem-solving skills for moderately complex work
- Transparent written, verbal, client-facing, and presentation communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
