Job Responsibility:

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Freight Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking in orders to for freight and ensuring that all packages are processed efficiently within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of supply chain operations and experience with a warehouse. Your contributions will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of materials and optimizing our logistics processes.

Duties

- Manage incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of packages.
- Utilize warehouse our systems to monitor inventory levels and streamline operations.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of freight using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain organized warehouse
- Monitor packages, drivers and collaborate with all our customers.
- Review and respond to all emails.
- Schedule drivers for next day shift.

Experience

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.




- Familiarity with freight operations, including package handling and shipping procedures.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and materials management best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills to support operational improvements.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required; training may be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
