You will lead complex improvement, capacity and equipment projects at PWC from start to finish. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and make sure projects meet their deadlines, budgets, and quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on role: you analyze the data, build the plan, bring people on board and stay on the floor until the results are delivered.

You will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering. Project management Own and deliver capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives, covering scope, schedule, budget and results Identify, analyze and justify project needs and build the business case Coordinate project activities, schedules and multidisciplinary teams Monitor work on site while projects are carried out Find, assess and communicate project risks early, and put mitigation plans in place before they affect delivery Bring stakeholders on board (production supervisors, operators, managers) and gain their support without direct authority Equipment and plant projects Support equipment installation and commissioning Take part in plant layout changes and the introduction of new manufacturing technologies Capacity analysis Run detailed capacity studies by cell,
