The Role:

The Production Data Entry Clerk role at Coco Bakery Inc. will play a crucial role in the Production team, focusing on real-time data entry to the SAP platform. This position is essential for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and will be a means of supporting the organization with careful documentation and audit preparedness.

Responsibilities

1. Production Data Entry & Reporting

- Enter and update production orders in SAP, ensuring accurate batch tracking.
- Record raw material usage, finished product output, and waste data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
- Monitor production schedules and report any variances.

2. Inventory & Material Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.




- Process goods receipts, goods issues, and stock adjustments in SAP.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with SAP records and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to track ingredient and supply levels.

3. Procurement & Vendor Support

- Enter purchase requisitions and purchase orders for raw materials and packaging.
- Track incoming deliveries and ensure goods receipts are processed correctly.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and receipts in SAP.

4. Quality & Compliance Documentation

- Ensure all production data entries meet food safety and quality compliance standards.
- Maintain traceability records for ingredients and finished products.
- Assist in preparing reports for audits and regulatory inspections.

5. Communication & Coordination

- Work closely with production supervisors, quality assurance, and warehouse teams to ensure real-time data accuracy.
- Assist in resolving SAP-related issues and discrepancies.
- Provide support for SAP system updates and process improvements.
- Enter data into SAP system with precision and ensure all information is correct and up-to-date.
- Verify accuracy of entered data to maintain integrity.




- Maintain documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company standards.
- Work closely with other team members, including Quality Assurance, Warehouse and Production teams, to ensure alignment of information and timely completion of tasks.
- Other duties as required

Requirements

- Experience in SAP data entry, preferably in a food production or bakery environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of bakery production processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
