Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, to ensure efficient operations
- Manage food handling procedures to comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Oversee food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote teamwork
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols




- Assist in menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and appealing

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills with knowledge of various cuisines
