What You Will Do:

- Supervise and coordinate resident managers, landscapers, painters, and maintenance staff.
- Inspect suites and buildings for maintenance issues, cleanliness, and readiness for rental.
- Review payroll, expense reports, and paperwork, ensuring timely submission.
- Provide supplies and issue purchase orders for approved work.
- Handle tenancy disputes, tenant inquiries, and move-out charges.
- Advertise and ensure accuracy of vacant suite listings.
- Monitor rental market values and recommend appropriate increases.
- Oversee tenant improvements, repairs, and major maintenance projects.




- Train and orient new resident managers; ensure proper handovers upon termination.
- Conduct unit inspections, and ensure security deposits and rent are collected and processed.

What You Will Bring:

- A bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in leasing residential units, conducting tenant screenings, negotiating leases, and managing tenant relationships is vital
- A deep understanding of property finance is essential
