Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry and a passion for food preparation. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety practices.

Skills

- Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation,



and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Attention to detail in meal presentation and quality control.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
