Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking a dynamic, relationship and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive sales growth and manage our current small sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of digital and social media marketing strategies and sales processes. This role requires a proactive approach to developing innovative marketing campaigns, managing product positioning, and enhancing brand visibility across various platforms.

Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Manage the creation of engaging content for various channels including social media, email, and the company website.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize online presence and improve search engine rankings.
- Oversee advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product management initiatives to ensure successful product launches.




- Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and user-friendly, including on-line store.
- Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a solid track record of driving results with accountability. Profit sharing for high results base.
- Team management experience an asset.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure sales effectiveness.
- Experience in product management is highly desirable.
- Strong research skills to inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
