SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY :

The incumbent provides extensive administrative support to the various departments under the responsibility of the Chief of Integrated Risk Management. They perform high-level, complex secretarial and administrative duties involving tasks that are often challenging, technical, and confidential, with minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS :

- High school diploma, plus completion of a one- to two-year administrative support program, or equivalent;
- Two (2) years of previous experience required;
- Ability to draft and revise a wide variety of documents in both French and English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and knowledge of other software commonly used within the Network;
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills;
- Leadership, initiative, sound judgment,



and decision-making skills;
- Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to establish priorities;
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform the assigned duties;
- Good work record, including performance and attendance;
- Commitment to professional ethics and organizational values;
- Compliance with Vitalité Health Network's confidentiality requirements.
