Job Responsibility:

Overview We are looking for a proactive and committed junior level Fulfillment Account Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this key role, you will support our Fulfillment clients, prioritize client satisfaction, and contribute to business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrate keen attention to detail, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Served as the main liaison for 3PL clients, handling inquiries related to inventory, special orders, and shipping.
- Provide daily updates to our clients, reporting on various items such as, but not limited to, stock availability, back orders, and fulfillment timelines.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and proactively communicate resolutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the order management system and CRM.
- Identify trends in client requests and suggest process improvements to enhance service efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in fulfillment, shipping, eCommerce, or logistics, is a strong asset.
- Experience using customer service tools, internal communication tools, and order management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries.




- Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure, especially when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues, find creative solutions, and resolve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track orders, and handle inquiries promptly.
- Familiarity with order management systems, inventory tracking, and fulfillment processes is a plus.
