Job Responsibility:

Job Overview The Residential Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of residential projects, ensuring that all activities align with company standards and client expectations. This role involves managing vendor relationships, sourcing materials, and negotiating contracts to procure necessary supplies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and experience with systems such as SAP and MRP.

Duties

- Coordinate and manage residential projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms for materials and services.
- Procure necessary supplies through effective sourcing strategies while maintaining relationships with key vendors.
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
- Utilize systems such as SAP to track inventory levels, manage orders, and streamline procurement processes.
- Collaborate with fabrication teams to ensure that project specifications are met efficiently.
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, vendor interactions,



and project progress.

Requirements

- Proven experience in vendor management, sourcing, or procurement within a residential or construction environment.
- Familiarity with supply chain principles and practices, including MRP systems.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Proficient in using software systems such as SAP for inventory management and procurement tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to fabricate solutions when challenges arise during project execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
