Job Responsibility:

Duties - Sales and Management of Finance and Insurance products and services including but not limited to:

- Retail Financing Plans
- Harley-Davidson Extended Service Plan
- Payment Protection Plan (Life, Accidental & Health Insurance Options)
- Debt Protection Plan
- Financial Protection Plan (GAP)
- Pre-paid Maintenance Plan
- Available accessory packages

Requirements :

- approachable and likeable personality
- excellent communication skills
- demonstrated "closing skills"
- knowledge and experience with DealerTrack Lending Portal
- knowledge and experience with sales of Finance and Insurance products, and other products sold by the dealership (or ability to quickly learn them)
- able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize the buying experience for the customer AND the profitability of the dealership
- ability to multi-task between programs
- must be "good with numbers"
- Motorcycle license is an asset**

Physical Demands:

- occasional increase in noise level




- occasional required to balance and push a motorcycle of various sizes

Working Conditions:

- Potential occasional exposure to materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department not limited to : gasoline fumes, cleaning materials, battery acid, exhaust fumes.
