As a Claims Contact Representative, you will provide customers with information regarding a new claim or an inquiry related to an existing crash or claim, complete initial file documentation and perform other related tasks as you play a key role in the success of the contact center.

Exceptional customer service and strong multitasking skills Flexibility and strong teamwork skills with strong verbal communication and telephone expertise Previous call centre experience is an asset. Previous customer service and/or call centre experience is preferred. This position requires sitting for extended periods of time and wearing a telephone headset.

The above requirements would typically be met through several months of experience in a customer service environment with exposure to claims. Call centre experience a bonus! Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.

Scheduled shifts will be either 8:30 a.m.

Training:



Four weeks of full time ,in-office training at the employee’s preferred location, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. After completing the training period, employees will transition to a hybrid work model.You will work a minimum of 2 days per week at your primary office headquarters, subject to operational requirements. The remaining days will be remote within British Columbia.
