We are seeking responsible, reliable, and safety-conscious Class 4 Drivers to join our team on an on-call basis. The successful candidates will provide safe, comfortable, and dependable transportation for individuals, including those who require assistance with accessibility and mobility needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport individuals to and from scheduled destinations.
- Provide courteous, respectful, and skilled service to all passengers.
- Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle, as appropriate to their needs and within the scope of training.
- Support passengers with accessibility and mobility needs while prioritizing their safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws, road safety requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate trip records, transportation logs, and other required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, passengers, and authorized contacts regarding schedules or changes.
- Arrive on time for assigned shifts and maintain a dependable, flexible on-call schedule.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all individuals being transported.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid BC Class 4 driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
- A safe driving record and responsible driving habits.
- Previous professional driving experience is an asset.
- Experience supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, or people with accessibility needs is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, dependable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs safely, with appropriate training where required.
- Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while following established safety procedures.
- Flexibility and availability to work on-call shifts, including weekends or holidays as required.
- Willingness to complete any required background checks, driver documentation, and training.
