Job Responsibility:

Job Overview Rockwell Truck Line is looking for a career-oriented Senior Operations manager with a minimum of 10 years' front line experience having documentation to back your work history. This is not a entry level position. We are expecting to enclose documented proof of your experience as a senior operations manager specialist. A salary will be commensurate with your proven abilities. You need strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, deep industry knowledge, result oriented mind set and the ability to work with others. The strong emotional flexibility is must to adapt daily changes and ever-changing logistics landscape. We are a tier 1 operation looking to formulate the in-house operation, that will be defined by the quality and experience to bring to Rockwell's table.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to enhance productivity and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.




- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions while maintaining service quality.

Skills

- Proven experience in operations management or a related field, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to drive operational excellence.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation is preferred.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management is a plus.
