Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in manufacturing processes. You will work closely with production teams to ensure the machines are running efficiently and meeting safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Set up machines according to job specifications and quality standards.
- Perform regular maintenance checks and minor repairs on equipment.
- Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and secure.
- Work with other team members to achieve production goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Follow all safety and quality control procedures.




- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance, and production data.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of machine mechanics and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
