—————— Tired of Jobs That Are Just Jobs? ——————

We get it. You want something more than “clock in, clean stuff, clock out.”You want to be part of a team that actually gives a damn .You want to grow, be trusted, and feel proud of what you do.You want a role where your muscles get used, your brain gets engaged, and your effort actually matters .

Welcome to Brilliant Brothers Services. We're BC's top-rated exterior cleaning company — and we're not just here to clean things. We're here to build something awesome , with a crew that's kind, driven, and just the right amount of wild.

—————— What You'll Actually Be Doing ——————

This isn't just “window washing.” You'll be:

- Tackling moss, gutters, siding, and pressure washing jobs with precision
- Learning the ropes with hands-on training from our senior team
- Leading by example on-site (and leveling up into a Crew Lead if you bring the heat)
- Driving a work truck like a pro (after we trust you enough to hand over the keys)
- Working outdoors in all kinds of West Coast weather — and loving it
- Taking pride in showing off the jaw-dropping before/after shots of your work

You'll also be part of a team that supports each other, pushes for excellence, and celebrates every win — big or small.

—————— Who You Are ——————

You don't need a fancy resume — but you do need to:

- Be reliable, upbeat, and not allergic to hard work
- Be comfortable on ladders, roofs, and at heights
- Be able to lift up to 65 lbs (we're not asking you to move fridges — but you will need strength)
- Have a valid Class 5 or “N” driver's license with a clean abstract
- Show up with a good attitude, every day

Bonus points if you've got experience in exterior cleaning — but we'll train the right person who's got the drive.
