Note: This is a full-time position based in London, ON, with flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must reside within a two-hour commute of our London Office. Reporting directly reporting to the Director of Communications; pay rate as agreed, based on experience, expertise, and applicable education.

COMPANY INTRODUCTION Teen Challenge is a 12-month, faith-based, in-residence drug and alcohol rehabilitation program, for adults 18 and older. We currently have 8 centres located in Alberta, Atlantic Canada, Saskatchewan and Ontario that are able to serve up to 197 people who are struggling with substance addiction. We demonstrate God's love by helping individuals become free from substance addiction and equipping them to live full and meaningful lives.

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION Teen Challenge Canada is seeking a dynamic and creative Content and Communications Writer that has a minimum of two years' experience to join our Communications team.



This role is integral in shaping and delivering content that inspires, informs, and engages donors and supporters through compelling storytelling rooted in the Christian faith that reflects Teen Challenge's mission and vision. Working collaboratively with the Marketing and Communications teams, as well as with Teen Challenge Centres across Canada, this individual will create innovative, mission-aligned content across a variety of mediums and platforms. Other responsibilities include developing original content and revising previously published materials including program guides, direct mail campaigns, articles, social media posts and presentation material. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for making a difference, possesses excellent writing and editing skills, and has a proven track record of producing engaging content in a nonprofit or similar setting.
