Frankfurt Autobody is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. We are a manufacturer-certified collision repair facility for Porsche, BMW, Lexus & Toyota... and other brands, serving Vancouver with skilled collision repair and customer service.

Position: Full-Time Customer Service Representative Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Wage: $21–$25 per hour , based on experience. Greet customers and assist with their repair needs Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Provide customers with repair updates Assist with ICBC claims, documentation, and paperwork Maintain customer and repair files Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working with computers and office systems Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Automotive or collision repair experience is an asset, but not required
