Job Title: Junior Cityworks Technical Analyst Job ID: 90802 Location: Kelowna, British Columbia- – Remote or Hybrid What you will be doing: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Cityworks AMS and PLL users Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and workflow issues Investigate and respond to support tickets Assist with user support, issue triage, and testing activities Support configuration and administrative tasks within Cityworks Participate in system documentation and knowledge transfer activities Assist with the City’s planned upgrade toCityworks 23.14 Work closely with the Senior Technical Lead and other business stakeholders What you must have: ~1-3 years of experience supportingCityworks AMS and/or PLL ~ Familiarity withCityworks 23 ~ Experience providing application support in a municipal or utility environment is an asset ~ Understanding of Cityworks workflows, service requests, permits, inspections, work orders, and asset management processes ~ Ability to investigate issues, analyze requirements, and communicate effectively with users ~ Experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise and GIS data is considered an asset ~ Solid customer service and problem-solving skills Salary/Rate Range: $60.00-$72.00 /hr
