The Client

Services department at SCHC and GSWC plays a vital role in connecting clients with essential medical and clinical services. As a Team Leader, you will support clients from arrival to departure, ensuring their needs are met in a professional manner. The position involves fostering relationships, leading admissions, and maintaining client welfare. Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients empathetically throughout their treatment
- Develop and maintain supportive relationships with clients
- Lead admission and orientation for recent clients
- Guide clients to address their concerns effectively
- Coordinate and lead client outings and appointments

Requirements:

- Class 4 Drivers License required
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification needed
