We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant for our team of doctors to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role is essential in ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care and support throughout their treatment journey.

Key Qualifications and Skills We Are Looking for in a Candidate:

- Robust Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette when speaking with patients, including the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately.
- Patient Interaction and Customer Service: Ability to build rapport with patients, answer questions, provide instructions, and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Cardiac Risk Assessments: Experience or knowledge in conducting cardiac risk assessments, gathering relevant patient information, and accurately documenting assessment results.
- Physician Support and Report Documentation: Ability to assist physicians with preparing, organizing, and documenting medical reports accurately and efficiently.
- Hands-On Medical Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on medical experience, preferably in a clinical, healthcare, or patient-facing setting.
- Administrative Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, including data entry, scheduling, maintaining patient records, and managing documentation.
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy:



Ability to review patient information carefully, maintain accurate records, and ensure reports are complete and organized.
- Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Confidentiality and Professionalism: Understanding of patient privacy, confidentiality requirements, and the importance of handling sensitive medical information appropriately.
- Computer and Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR), office software, and other healthcare documentation systems.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with physicians, clinical staff, administrative personnel, and patients.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to handle patient inquiries, resolve routine administrative issues, and adapt to changing priorities.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on medical experience.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle patient information professionally and confidentially.
- Ability to support cardiac risk assessments and assist physicians with medical report documentation.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
